TikTok’s strategic move to enter the competitive arena against Instagram”?

BEIJING: Video-sharing application TikTok move to enter the competitive arena against Instagram.

According to TikTok, the company is working on a regular app for photos and writing. Some users have received notifications saying that their photo-based post will be shared on the new ‘Tik Tok Notes’, until they turn it off. This is the latest example of social media companies copying each other’s features. Earlier in 2020, Instagram shared a copy of Tik Tok video feature called Reels. Mike Proulx, director of research at an analytics firm, said that the copying process runs throughout social media. But it cannot always be guaranteed to be successful.

TikTok says that currently the company has neither determined the design nor the release date of the Notes app.
